Sur le quai

It isn’t a hotel, it’s so much better! Denise the host has two very comfortable apartments, well equipped, tastefully decorated with quality items. The extra‑large bed is very comfortable. There’s a kitchen with a common living area for the two rooms and a terrace with spectacular views of the castle. We didn’t use the pool because of the weather. Denise prepared a good breakfast every day and is always attentive to our needs and concerns. The personalized service is far better than a hotel. I recommend it without hesitation. Everything was magnificent.

“Beautiful accommodation, perfect location great hosts”

Beautiful property in a beautiful location, Denise is amazing and such a great host. We stayed for five nights and could have stayed so much longer. Carcassonne has a place in our heart and we will be back to Sur Le Quai again without a doubt. Nothing

The staff’s kindness and professionalism. Also, the location is excellent for visiting the old town and at the same time very quiet. Breathtaking view from the terrace over the old town at night. Breakfast is simple but very good.

“A great couple of nights at Sur le Quai, really hope to visit again”

Everything! Lovely host, beautifully decorated rooms, great location, and a very nice Rose wine. Also a wonderful breakfast and the pool was brilliant for an afternoon dip. And very good restaurants nearby. Thanks to Denise for a fantastic stay.
