The place is very well positioned. We actually stayed on the 2nd floor with the owners, but with all the information provided, we could do a free check‑in and check‑out. They accept large dogs (with an extra fee). The downside is that the bathroom is outside the room and has a door‑window; we’re hidden but have limited privacy because of the staircase cage.

The breakfast was very well presented and offered good value. The room was quirky but comfortable and the bathroom was superb. Our host, Francis, was very accommodating and informative, a very interesting person to talk to. He gave us a lift from the station and back again at the end of our stay. There was nothing we disliked.
