It was a traditional guest house, the hosts were super friendly. They even taught me how to hold chopsticks, since I didn’t know until now. The corgi was also friendly. You also get an onsen coupon for each night of stay.

There were no inconvenient points typical of guesthouses. Most amenities were almost all free. Despite that, the price was very cheap. The bed was very comfortable. We were also given a free ticket to a nearby hot spring. The single house lets all surrounding noise leak through, so it might not be suitable if you want to party with friends. (No complaints this time)

The staff responded quickly and politely to all my messages before arrival, which I really appreciated. Having a dog around made the stay even more enjoyable.

I adored staying at this cozy guesthouse; the owner was extremely kind and also runs a small restaurant right there. It’s just a short walk from the station, which was very convenient, and overall it felt warm and lovely.

The night-time izakaya menu and breakfast were both outstanding 😊 I also received a hot‑spring ticket.
