Everything was super clean and the staff were always helpful.
My room was huge and really comfy, with a balcony that had an amazing view.
The pool area was great and it's in a quiet spot.

“Hotel aceptable, pero contestacion por parte del servicio a un cambio, muy mala.”
The proximity to the golf course is a plus. We requested a room change to a simple family suite (2 rooms), and they moved us, but there was no change in the room cost.
The resort is fantastic, nothing is missing, we loved it! The R.P. department is excellent, especially Mr. Tiago M. The spa is beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful. The buffet is very good, the food is well prepared and varied. The lobby is sumptuous! However, the reception lacks organization at the check‑in and check‑out counters. The gratuity is already included in the dinner price (it is optional, but the guest must ask to have that amount removed from the bill).

I really liked the facilities. They are modern, suitable for a family trip, especially with children, and very clean. In that respect, the hotel clearly met my expectations. I found the staff unprepared. Aside from the “management” positions such as the Head of Rooms, Reception, Public Relations, and housekeeping, the rest of the staff seemed highly improper. Most of the reception staff practically do not speak Portuguese and/or their English is severely deficient, appearing so uncomfortable and insecure that they come across as unfriendly. The same issue occurs with a large portion of the breakfast/dinner staff.

Presque tout. Le personnel souriant et réactif, taille des chambres. La couette n’étant pas assez large elle a été posée dans le sens de la largeur. Ce qui veut dire que ce qui devrait se trouver aux pieds etait sur le côté et la housse se défaisait sans arrêt ! De plus nous entendions toute la nuit les machines à laver et sécher qui tournaient. Tout cela n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. J’ai connu beaucoup de Marriott. Mais celui-ci est le pire
