“Comfortable stay for the night before a cruise.”
The room was nice and the rooftop pool offered a pretty view. Parking was confusing when I first arrived, probably because it was my first time in New Orleans; figuring out where to go was tricky, and the check‑in desk was on a higher floor, so walking in on the first floor I didn’t see it right away.

The location was spot‑on, but the pool was empty—no water at all.
“Great place to stay and comfortable.”
The room was adequate for our stay, though the Wi‑Fi was unreliable and often failed; otherwise everything else worked fine.
The stay was decent enough; it wasn’t the Hilton I expected, but it was acceptable.

The price was good, yet the view was disappointing, the outside smell off, the halls felt hot, the AC barely cooled, and nobody warned us the pool was dry.
