The location was great, the property lovely, and the staff extremely friendly. The private bathroom was in a separate room down the hall next to another guest’s room – an odd arrangement that wasn’t very appealing.

The hotel is a delight, very beautiful, and the room we stayed in was lovely! They provided the water we needed, which was great since we arrived sweaty in the summer heat, and we left early for the next day’s tours, but we managed to get breakfast in the room ahead of time. We lost the internet connection and had some trouble locating the hotel, but it was worth it! We loved the stay.

The place was situated perfectly for exploring the town on foot, charming and giving a real sense of the city. It was a bit hard to find at first because I didn’t know the bus system and ended up walking 20 minutes and taking a ferry across the grand canal, but once we got the hang of the town it was excellent. I wouldn’t want to carry luggage there from the airport.

La chambre, parfaite.le personnel très sympa. Bouteille de prosecco offerte, excellent petit déjeuner, copieux et varié. Salle de bain privative mais sur le palier, pas pratique si on doit se lever la nuit. Le gros point noir, le bruit, rue passante et pavee,et chambre mal insonorisée, dommage
