“Totalmente recomendable, volveremos.”

The morning receptionist and the 10 pm afternoon staff were both great, a real pleasure. The rooms were very good, similar to the ones we stayed in at the Tropical last year. The location in San Antonio is nice, with free parking within a 10‑minute walk and supermarkets nearby. The pool and overall facilities are excellent. Thanks! However, the mattresses are quite uncomfortable and the noise from adjacent rooms can be heard a lot.

“Excelente relación calidad precio”

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento. Céntrico pero apartado lo justo del bullicio. Todo muy limpio. Jordi es un encanto de persona. Muy amable nos dio muchos consejos de la isla. Nos recomendó calas y restaurantes buenos y baratos. Además nos prestó crema solar, parasol y bolsa térmica. Y el día de salida nos dejó ducharnos en una habitación de cortesía. Tato de 10. Para nosotros no fue problema porque fuimos a las calas principalmente, pero hay que saber que para acceder a la piscina hay que ir a un hotel cercano. La piscina estaba llena de guiris con varias copas de más

The staff were great, the hotel was good, overall decent. The lack of storage was a drawback.

“Lovely stay in a great location”

The room had everything we needed and the fridge was a nice bonus for cold drinks. Montse at reception was amazing, going above and beyond to help me and my daughter have a great stay; she guided us through the bus routes, saving us money on Ubers, and gave us useful tips on places to visit. Thank you, Montse. A few nights, the guys in the room next to us were a bit loud and the sound passed through the bathroom grate, but it didn’t bother us too much.
