The pool, proximity to the beach, and parking were great. However, the bed was uncomfortable, there were loose sheets under the mattress, the door lock was problematic, there were no lockable lockers by the pool, the cafeteria felt a bit like the PRL era, and the food presentation needed some improvement.

There was no EV charging station even though it was listed, I couldn't use the massage service on Sunday, the lunches were subpar, and the jacuzzi water was dirty.
