Excellent location for exploring Venice. Valentina was very good at communicating with me on arrival and directions. The room was very nicely decorated, very comfortable and well set up for a short stay. The air-conditioning unit was noisy

Good location, staff were super nice and helpful. The ac was incredibly/strangely loud, and would constantly stop and start, genuinely stopped me sleeping, along with the street lights right outside the windows
