“No respetaron mi reserva de habitacion, buscar alternativas.”
There was nobody at reception, and I had to call and be told that there were no rooms available even though I had already booked. It was awful after making a reservation.
The staff were very friendly, but the price was too high for a hostel.
“Nunca más allí”
Nothing good. The place has no windows, dampness, ugly paint, a dark room. Booking should never offer something like this; I didn’t want to stay because I paid more than half, horrible, horrible.

We arrived at the hotel at the end of carnival. It was quiet because we had booked and confirmed 4 nights, non‑refundable, but there were no rooms. We were kicked out of the hostel and had to look for anything to avoid sleeping on the street. We took a long bus from Cuenka, the internet didn’t work, and the hotel wrote at 12 pm that “no room” existed, with no apology. We didn’t see that until the evening after arrival and spent half a night searching for a place to sleep. Because of carnival it wasn’t easy. So why do reservations and booking exist? Later I checked and the hotel had a free room on Booking for the first night, yet they sent us to the street! Scandal!
