The location is very good, close to the old town and the beach, but parking was tight because of the marathon.

The spot near the old town was great, the accommodation was in good condition, nicely decorated, and the hostess was very kind; there was nothing else to add.

“Very bad experience”

I was disappointed because this place turned out to be an apartment split into two guest rooms, not the kind of accommodation I had in mind. The bathroom isn’t in the room at all—it's in a shared hallway area, a fact that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing. The towels were old and stiff, more likely to scratch you than to dry you off. The apartment faces an amusement park, so there was constant noise and music late into the night. Insects swarmed the room—ants, mosquitoes, and others—and we left with plenty of bites. Breakfast options were very limited, and on some days we were served the same food as the previous day, like stale, hard bread. For the two families staying there, there were only three slices of ham in total. In short, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a stay.

Anna, the host, prepared a very good breakfast with many homemade variations and gave excellent tips, impressing me with her positive energy. She also provided bathing supplies such as sun umbrellas and beach mats. The location on the Lungomare is sensational and right next to the Centro Storico.
