The location near stores and shops was great, a mall was right down the road and there were plenty of eateries; the property was cozy, had a kitchen and bathroom with two beds, the beds were comfortable, the A/C worked amazing, there was a nice fridge and freezer and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking—overall a very nice place to stay. The only issue was that the towels in the closet were a little stained and had a slight odor; otherwise no further feedback.

The spot is well‑located and the rooms stayed spotless. The owner was exceptionally kind and tuned into every request, and the rate was very reasonable. The bedroom lights didn’t shine bright enough, and the bathroom could use an update.

Everything was beyond what I could imagine—beautiful, immaculate, comfy, fully furnished, and even the kitchen came fully equipped with plates, glasses, and silverware. I couldn’t think of anything else I’d need! The cable, A/C and ceiling fan all came with remotes, plus fresh linens, blankets, and pillows. The place sits near Gainesville Airport but is far enough that the planes are silent. Publix, Aldi, and Dunkin Donuts are all close. The only slight annoyance was a small rut after the sidewalk where some fill dirt or rock would help, especially for trucks, but it didn’t bother me much.
