Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel is well‑located and the staff were very helpful. We were upgraded for free when a room became available! The bed was a bit small, our feet just barely over the edge, and the rooms were not well insulated from noise.

This hotel boasts a beautiful tatami room and exceptional service from the reception staff, who treated us with great enthusiasm and kindness. However, the lack of soundproofing was a major issue, as the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our rest.

Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in terms of comfort, with extremely thin mattresses that made it feel like we were sleeping on the floor. As a result, we woke up every morning feeling sore and uncomfortable.

While the hotel's proximity to a mall was a significant advantage, it was overshadowed by several drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience. The thin walls and small washroom were notable issues, and the cleanliness of the room was also a concern. These problems made it difficult to fully enjoy the hotel's amenities.

Our stay at this charming hotel was a delightful experience, offering an excellent balance of comfort and affordability. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, one notable drawback was the lack of breakfast options on site.
