“The hotel need to have better customer service”

I landed in a decent spot, but the stay itself left a lot to be desired. At check‑in, the staff mentioned a smell in our room and said a change would cost extra, which felt unfair since the odor was clearly from the ongoing renovation. I’ve stayed at many places, and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like that. I also asked for an iron; instead of one being brought to our room, I was told to fetch it from another floor, only to find none there. The customer service offered little help, and neither issue was resolved. All in all, it was a let‑down and not what I’d expect from a hotel.

I’m back for a second stay at this place, and the staff are still as friendly and awesome as ever—thumbs up! I’ll definitely be back next year, 2027. You guys are amazing.

“Excellent”

I had a great stay: the room was spotless and cozy, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was handy. I’d definitely return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Great location but.....still good value for money”

The hotel sits right next to the main shopping streets and is clean. However, the window looks like a wall and is basically a no‑window, which is common in Guangzhou. There’s no ground‑floor entrance, so you have to wait for a small elevator.
