Everything was great! The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were ready to help with anything, and they even packed breakfast for us to take away because we had to leave early. The balcony views were stunning. The shower stall leaked a little.

The location was ideal for our hikes up Seceda ridge and Forcella del Sassolungo. The room was roomy and comfy with a balcony, and the spa facilities were amazing, especially the view from the relaxation area. Breakfast offered everything we could ask for—cooked items, yogurts, meats, bread, and plenty of fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the young woman with black curly hair (we didn’t catch her name). The hotel also had a football and a table‑tennis table, plus a nice outdoor area at the front. Parking was easy and fairly spacious. Restaurants, bars, and a supermarket were all within walking distance. Nothing bad to say!

The spa was amazing. The staff were absolutely unacceptable; every interaction from start to finish was a disaster. Some wouldn’t even look me in the eye while speaking, staring at their computer like robots, while others wouldn’t bother to take their AirPods off. They have weird rules that say you can’t enjoy the amazing view during breakfast because we’re “at school” with assigned numbered tables, even though most tables with a view are empty. It seems they reserve them only for high‑paying guests. They even put extra utensils and glasses on the best view tables so no one sits there. What the hell?
