The staff were helpful, but the room was dirty, had few outlets, the towels were small, and the bathroom was so cramped that my friend and I couldn't use it comfortably.

The bus stop was a short walk away and the area was quiet; the night‑shift man was friendly and there were a few nice restaurants nearby. However, the price didn’t match what we received— it was far from the venue it claimed to be near, requiring a 30‑minute taxi or 45‑to‑60‑minute public‑transport ride. The day‑shift staff were unhelpful and rude. The room was very basic, hand towels were left unwashed after a full day out and were not replaced twice during our three‑night stay. We had to use them to dry the bathroom floor because the shower was a simple wall‑mounted unit that let water run everywhere. The room was generally unclean, the blinds were dirty, there was no extra toilet paper, condoms were available in the room, and there was porn on one of the TV control buttons (we struggled to navigate the Korean‑language controls). These details made me question the type of place this was. Free breakfast was just toast and instant coffee in the small hotel entrance, which we didn’t get. It was a very disappointing stay.
