The location, rooftop, and services were all fantastic, and the staff at the rooftop and breakfast made the stay memorable. The room felt smaller than I expected, the bathroom soap was almost gone, and the hotel only gave one bottle of water per stay; I’d have preferred one per day.

The hotel’s central location was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, and the wait staff were fun and knowledgeable. The front desk staff didn’t know much about buses and trains.

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, giving excellent local sight and restaurant recommendations. I’d definitely stay at Hotel Plaza again and highly recommend it! Nothing else comes to mind; we had an excellent stay!
