The room was very quiet, offered amazing views, and the staff were very helpful. However, there was no chair or writing desk, and the space was too small for a double.

The reception was very friendly with a drink. Kitchen utensils were ready. In the evening you can eat well. The view from the terrace into the valley is very nice, especially at night.

The establishment is “in its own juice,” with the Post Office café, a local café, and a friendly vibe. Simple and convivial, the room was very clean. It’s in the mountains. There isn’t really a parking lot, but it’s easy to find an unsupervised spot (but we’re in Switzerland!!!). Neighboring cardboard walls are very audible!

The location is perfect for mountain trips, right in the center, with a great view of the valley. The breakfast was nice, featuring Gipfeli and a buffet that was plenty for us. For dinner we enjoyed a fondue without having to book ahead. The two separate bedrooms were set up well for our needs. The bus stops right outside the building. A heads‑up for sensitive guests: there’s a temporary construction site in front of the hotel and the church tower bell can be heard, but it didn’t bother us at all.
