The city is small and easy to walk to almost anywhere, or you can take the local bus. The street behind the hostel has a bus with an airport sign that drops you off at the airport entrance. The bathroom doors were an issue: one day the hot water was lukewarm, then it turned to cold mountain‑river water. 😁

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful with all my questions. I liked the interior of the hostel and appreciated that I received two thick blankets. The bed was comfortable and I had my own socket to charge my phone. The hostel had a good location, right in the centre. It was insanely cold, and taking a shower was painfully cold. The bathrooms and toilet facilities are outside, and the hostel isn’t very isolated. The bathroom was as cold as outside the building. I didn’t like that the showers weren’t really private because the wooden panels left small gaps, and everything was kind of open. Also the toilets and showers are next to each other. It was okay for me because the hostel was fairly empty, but if there were people I would have felt extremely uncomfortable taking a shower while someone is shitting next to me.

The place is right in the heart of the city, which made getting around a breeze. The shower was consistently warm, the Wi‑Fi held up well, and the kitchen was handy for quick meals. Staff were friendly and even printed a document for me when I asked. The bed felt solid enough for a good night’s sleep.
