Everything was clean and pleasant, the food was very good, and there was a generous amount for the price.

מקום נקי, צוות אדיב חדרים יחסית גדולים. ההינו עם נוף לבריכה, אמלא איזה נוף. את המיטה והכריות, לא נוח

When I arrived, there seemed to be a mistake with my son's age and the room cost – a mix‑up made by bookings.com. The hotel manager, Asher, went out of his way to help and assisted us in various other ways, making our stay enjoyable. The swimming pools are great. The hotel is kept nice and clean and has an understated luxury feel. I will return. I didn’t have any unresolved issues; I mentioned a couple of small complaints, but the manager resolved them, and I left happy.

Unfortunately, nothing about our stay compensated for the extremely disappointing service and humiliating treatment we endured. We stayed at this hotel in Paphos, Cyprus, during the holidays, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I am pregnant, observe Shabbat, and was traveling with my 5‑year‑old daughter. We booked a half‑board stay because the hotel does not offer full board or even lunch options. On Saturday morning, during breakfast, I took a few bananas for myself and my daughter so we would have something later. As Shabbat‑observant guests, we cannot shop or order food during Shabbat, and the hotel itself provides no lunch. While I sat at our table, a female staff member suddenly shouted loudly from the buffet area, in front of other guests: “I SAW YOU! I SAW YOU! PUT THE BANANAS BACK!” I was shocked. I have never experienced such humiliating, disrespectful, and insensitive treatment at a hotel, especially as a pregnant woman with a young child. Even if the hotel has a policy against taking food out of the dining area, there is a respectful, professional, and discreet way to communicate that policy. There is absolutely no justification for shouting at a guest and publicly embarrassing her over a few bananas. I felt humiliated, deeply hurt, and completely shocked. Instead of enjoying a peaceful family holiday, I was left feeling embarrassed and extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. From the moment we arrived on Friday, shortly before Shabbat, the service was already disappointing. There was no bellboy or staff member available to help us with our luggage. Despite being pregnant and traveling with a young child, I received absolutely no assistance carrying our belongings to the room. No single staff member offered to help.

The rooms, service, people, and immediate response to every guest’s needs were excellent. The pools were indulgent, the kosher restaurant was tasty. The only tiny suggestion would be to improve and diversify breakfast a bit, but overall it was great – we always found something to eat each morning.
