Everything liked. Very stylish and comfortable accommodation with all amenities, a garden, parking, and an incredibly friendly host. Relatively close to the city center, near the pools, park, and train station. The only missing item was a wardrobe; in summer or warm weather this isn’t a problem.

Quiet area, a house with a garden and all the modern vintage furnishings. The host’s friendliness made us feel very welcome, and we want to return to Budapest.

A friendly and professional interaction with Judit and Gabor made the stay pleasant. The house sits on a private plot, offers a parking spot on the premises, has air‑conditioning in the main room, and the surrounding area includes a terrace for outdoor relaxation. The house met all my expectations, and I would recommend it.

The house is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Budapest. The nearest shops are about 20 minutes on foot. We didn’t use public transport; instead we took BOLT or Uber into the city, arriving in the centre in about 25 minutes. The house is well equipped and features a nice garden or terrace. The host, Judit, is very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the selection of restaurants and shops nearby is limited, but if you have your own car, that’s not an issue.

I couldn’t see the location. I arrived at the accommodation and was refused accommodation for an unjustified reason. I discussed with the lady on WhatsApp about the arrival time (I had communicated 17‑18 the day before), and an hour before arrival I sent a brief message that the estimated time was 19:45. The lady told me to send another message five minutes before and that we would meet at the location. Until I reached the location I didn’t open my phone and didn’t notice a new message that the lady would be available at 21 for check‑in because she was busy with another booking. When I got there I saw her message, informed her I had arrived, and asked her to confirm that I should wait an hour or so until she came. I received a very delayed reply from her and was scolded for having to arrive between 17 and 18, as I had originally written a day before, and to wait. I replied that it was ok, we would wait, and at the same time I told her that on a 1000 km road there can be accidents, road works or construction, and that delays can happen without our control, and that she knows very well that the organisation cannot be perfect. After that message I received an unexpected reply telling us to find accommodation elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all because at 22 I had to find another place without a serious reason.
