The view over Burleigh Hill and the ocean toward the surfers is stunning, and the rooms are spacious with a magnificent view from the main bedroom; having both a lift and stairs is convenient. The downside is the road noise from loud motorcyclists.

The location is great, and Ryan and Simone offered excellent communication and support, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. The only issue is that the second bedroom only had single beds, not doubles, so the listing should reflect that.

Easy check‑in and communication. The apartment was beautiful, clean, felt homely, and had everything we needed, plus a beautiful balcony. AWESOME location—beach, shops, cafés—all within walking distance, and a beautiful walking/bike trail around the mountain to Tullebudgerra, a great swimming spot for the kids. AMAZING SUNRISE every morning!! Great stay, highly recommended, good value for money. Definitely booking again :-)

Very clean and well set up. Spacious and comfortable. Lovely view from the large balcony. Excellent proximity to beach, walks, restaurants and shops. The only thing I didn't like was the “car enthusiasts” revving up and down the road; I used ear plugs at night. But the prime location plus school holidays… I forgot how busy it would be.
