In early September we stayed with our dog at Corte Attilea. The property is just a few minutes from the highway, easy to reach and still very quiet on the edge of the river valley. On foot you can get to the local bar for breakfast (5 min), as well as other bars on the Mincio or local restaurants (10–20 min). The site has plenty of parking and a very large bike storage area, including a spot to charge e‑bikes. The apartments are comfortable, quiet, and fully equipped; we had nothing to complain about. When we arrived, our fridge was stocked with yogurt, milk, eggs, beer, and wine from the local farm. From the property you can directly access the Ciclabile del Mincio bike path, a flat, paved route of about 43–50 km that connects Peschiera del Garda on Lake Garda with the Renaissance city of Mantua. Nearby are quiet, picturesque towns with some excellent restaurants.
