Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Míriam was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with everything I needed during my stay, offering advice on where to go and how to reach the places I wanted. It felt like staying at a friend's house.

Great location near Allianz Parque, and I was well attended. The place was somewhat messy and disorganized, giving the impression of poor upkeep.

It was my second time without SP and I was welcomed wonderfully. My bus was delayed, but Miriam was very accommodating and kind. I met amazing people and hope to see them again at Vila do Chaves during the next shows in SP. Thank you, ladies! A perfect 1000!
