The location is good, all attractions are within walking distance, the reception was pleasant overall, and the price is reasonable for the area if you can live with some compromises. However, the bathroom cleanliness could have been better – there were a few hairs on the floor and the shower curtain had stains, the shower or toilet drain had an unpleasant odor that was tolerable, the Wi‑Fi didn't work in my room, and the room faced only the courtyard.

We arrived at 12:30 am, having informed the host in advance by email, but we couldn't reach them by phone and they were unaware of our arrival, so we were checked in about 20 minutes later. In the morning at 8 am we had to wake the host because breakfast was included, she said she thought we would get up later. She cooked eggs and sliced a bit of sausage with a flatbread, we asked for milk for coffee and it turned out to be sour. The next day breakfast was disorganized, and on the day of departure in the morning nothing was left for breakfast even though we had notified the host; on the way to the taxi we met the host who was very surprised that we didn't inform him of our departure, meaning my wife didn't pass the message along.

The mini‑room was authentic, the beds were uncomfortable but the owner was very friendly and the breakfast was lovingly prepared, though the bathroom and the bed were not up to standard.
