The hotel is organized, the restaurant runs most of the day, prices are city‑level, there's a pool and a small gym, and the room is well equipped. But the check‑in was a mess because the room admin didn’t forward my reservation to reception, causing a delay. When I got in, there were no three towels or three bedding sets for the three of us, so I had to complain. The bread was weirdly wrapped in toilet paper, so I bought my own.

The spot is spot‑on: just a few minutes’ walk to the metro and Paulista, and the whole neighborhood feels safe and upscale. The downside is the room itself – it gets tight for three people once you pull out the sofa bed, and there’s no shampoo or body wash provided. Still, the location makes up for most of the inconvenience.

“Overbooking”

I was told this was a hotel, but it turned out to be an Airbnb‑style unit inside a hotel building, and the owner had double‑booked the same room to other guests. The pictures of breakfast and a pool were misleading, and when the situation got messy the front desk did nothing to help. It felt like a chaotic overbooking nightmare.

“Já não dá para se hospedar”

The place does have a decent amount of space, but the room itself looks like it belongs in the past – creaky, worn‑out doors and overall shabby condition. It’s clear the furnishings need a serious upgrade. Good size, but the age shows.

“Very bad!”

The apartment was a mess – peeling paint, squeaky doors and a mattress that felt like a board. I could barely get comfortable and ended up with a pretty awful night. Definitely not worth the price.
