The wellness centre and especially the friendliness of the pool attendant, who was very attentive and courteous, were appreciated, as was the politeness of the staff who helped us with a few minor issues. The breakfast and dinner areas were too crowded; the service was buffet for breakfast and for the appetizers at dinner. There was a lot of confusion and the staff often failed to manage things quickly and efficiently. Even in the wellness centre, which is otherwise good, there were many rude people (shouting, yelling, constant chatter, people who sat in the hot tub for hours without leaving space for others), and the staff could not handle them properly, even though they were warned. Only the pool attendant was attentive, courteous, and professional. The room was a bit basic and somewhat noisy because it was on the first floor overlooking the traffic lane on Passo del Tonale. Overall, the value for money is not among the best.
