Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Nothing. Scammers who deceive clients. They told me they didn't see that I had booked a room through your site and handed it over, but the room was not available. I wasted time and money on a taxi and had to find another hotel.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was that it had a smart TV in the room. Unfortunately, the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, and service were all subpar.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was excellent. That's about all I can say.

The location was decent, but the noise from the outside was a major issue. I also had trouble with the water temperature in the shower, it was like it had a mind of its own.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of food. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit of a letdown, it kept dropping in and out. It would be great if the management could sort this out.
