I booked because of the location and the outdoor pool, but I found a gem. The room was amazing, the staff were exceptional, and the outdoor pool was a wonderful escape. I loved our 2 nights there. Best place. 🥰🥰🥰

The staff was great, especially the lady who checked us in – her customer service skills were the best I’ve seen, and she handled any issue smoothly. The common areas and the breakfast area stayed clean, with someone constantly tidying up after guests. However, we found leftover items in our room from the previous guest, which made us question how clean the room really was, and the mattresses were uncomfortable.

It was a surprise to discover that parking required an extra fee, something you only learn about once you arrive.

The location was good for us. The staff was not friendly, the rooms were not clean, and we were forced to sleep on an extra sofa bed…! Our room was given to another guest even though we had booked months earlier and had confirmation. There were no procedures for fire safety; we noticed this when the alarm sounded at night and there was no information or staff present. One day the breakfast was not booked, so there was no coffee, cereal, fruit, etc.

The room was spacious. The bed was too hard, the elevator was stuffy with no ventilation, and the breakfast bar was lacking.
