“The hotel served its purpose for our planned road trip”
The traditional continental breakfast is fine, the location is quiet for an airport‑near spot, the rooms are acceptable, and the restaurant is good.

The reception was excellent, with a friendly smile that was all you could ask for, but the restaurant, Le Régent, was a nightmare: the wait was unbearably long, and the meal itself was awful—at 16,90€ a salmon fillet that was overcooked and fries that were a disgrace, plus the aperitif was served at the same time as the main course.
The location, the staff’s friendliness, and the bed comfort were all great, but the soap and shower gel bottles in room 126 should be checked and refilled between guests; I found no shower gel and had to use the sample in my toiletry bag.
