The location is very good, the people are pleasant and very helpful, and it met my expectations.

The place was wonderful and we were greeted very warmly, the rooms went beyond what we expected and the breakfast was excellent, but the Wi‑Fi simply didn’t work.

We liked the chalet itself; the furniture is new and the bed is comfortable, so nothing to complain there. The place feels safe and there’s parking for cars. On the downside, I was disappointed overall. The receptionist’s service was terrible, and the cleaning fell short, especially the jacuzzi and the minibar that smelled bad. There’s no night‑time support, and we ran out of gas, forcing us to borrow from the neighboring chalet. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping. All in all, we left feeling quite let down and hope they improve.

The chalet was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple. The pool area wasn’t ready for use when we arrived, which was a major reason we had booked there, and we couldn’t use it because it wasn’t cleaned.
