I was utterly shocked by the poor value for the money; when I called reception at night for water, the security guy told me there was no reception and nobody else in the hotel. The breakfast was disgusting, with nothing to eat and no variety.

The location was really nice and the breakfast tasty, but for a 5‑star hotel the overall service was disappointing: the saunas and jacuzzi didn’t work, there was no lifeguard at the pool, and no service staff. Even though we asked the receptionist for robes, she didn’t tell us that everything downstairs needed to be turned on, so we had to make several trips up and down to get the saunas working. The pool water was really cold, and whatever was written in the leaflet sent via WhatsApp was incorrect. The rooms were also cold, and nobody informed us, so we had to ask. What was especially terrible was that the receptionist who welcomed us at 16 was still at work the next day at 11, visibly exhausted. For a 5‑star hotel all of this is unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff—especially sokaina at reception—were wonderful.

The place was clean and had a nice view, and they even gave us a free fruit plate, but the coffee and tea supplies were too few.
