“I could not stay there. I had to look for another hotel, going around in city”
I had a terrible experience at this hotel, starting with the unfriendly staff at the front desk. Despite having a confirmed booking, they refused to give me a room due to some electrical work, which I found quite inconvenient. As someone who had traveled a long distance for a one-day program, this was not the welcome I was expecting. The staff's demeanor was unprofessional, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and I must say it was a truly unique experience. The staff seemed to be going through the motions, and the overall atmosphere felt somewhat disorganized. The cleanliness of the rooms was a major concern, with visible stains on the carpets and a lingering smell of mildew in the air. Despite these issues, the hotel's central location and friendly front desk staff made it a tolerable stay.
