The food was delicious, though the restaurant only serves on weekdays, so I couldn’t make it work with my schedule. While most of the staff were very helpful, I did notice a few moments where the service seemed a bit off.

The staff were outstanding, but the pools were in terrible condition, and the beach bar offered nothing—no one came around to give us anything. I’d suggest removing those fake “stones” that look awful and are broken (they’re obviously plastic) from the pool area or replacing them with real rock; otherwise the hotel just feels low‑quality.
