“An okay option near the ferry”
It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to the ferry pier, which is a major plus. There’s a shared veranda with a panoramic view. The staff were friendly. We checked out at 6:00 AM, and they kindly gave us lunch boxes instead of breakfast. Cleanliness and comfort were moderate—nothing spectacular, but given the price it’s quite acceptable. The area is quiet. The main drawback is the island itself, which is basically a dirty slum. Walking around there feels very unpleasant; it has a kind of authenticity, but there’s little to attract you. If you’re not walking alone, it feels safe enough.
