Breakfast was prepared on request by Mrs. Monica with a mother‑daughter team (in our case cappuccino, cheese, ham, eggs); fresh bread, fresh fruit, juice, jam, and sweet pastries were also available. Mrs. Monica cleaned the rooms daily, was very kind and helpful, and speaks English. The house has three guest rooms. Each room contains a fridge and self‑catering facilities, a large bathroom with toilet, and a balcony. Parking is possible at the back of the house. The house sits just next to the beach and promenade, has a garden where you can dine under a beautiful olive tree and relax on sunbeds. A sandy cove with paid sunbeds, umbrellas, and a bistro with excellent refreshments and coffee is very close, and a grocery store (FUDI) is also nearby. Because of our age, climbing 15 stairs to the room was a bit difficult, and at first the room felt small, but we got used to it; a larger room is also available.

Mrs. Elvira and her daughter Monica are heart‑felt, very kind and friendly. The room is very welcoming and spotless. The parking spot is perfect. The location is wonderful, just steps from the sea and the center.
The spot and the view were great, the breakfast in the garden was delicious, the free parking in the courtyard was handy, and the receptionists were friendly. No complaints.

The location is fantastic, we slept to the sound of the sea. The breakfast was plentiful. The lady was very kind. The room was very large and clean.
