There were two small hairs or fur around the sink, a chipped mug, and someone had apparently left an ice tray in the freezer (perhaps the cleaning missed it). The bedding had an odd smell, possibly detergent, and the next morning both partners had red marks all over their bodies, itchy and painful. The 90,000‑won Chuseok buffet we pre‑booked had a limited selection, and the main dishes ran out quickly. The review seems to have a clear reason behind the mixed feelings; I’ll just list the experiences.

The hotel’s layout was larger and better than other Sonovel locations, and the sea view was very nice. Even though it was a new accommodation, flies similar to fruit flies buzzed in the room, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower stall was below expectations. The toilet lid had black stains, and there were marks on the outside of the toilet tank. We stayed for two nights, yet the hotel, being named “hotel,” didn’t empty the trash cans, and the front desk had to be contacted for replenishing toilet paper, tissues, and towel changes. Even after calling, only a towel was left on the hook, and the quantity didn’t match the room’s standard occupancy. There were only five electric car chargers, so it felt like a charging war, and the parking space was severely insufficient, forcing us to park at a nearby park lot or on the road. I wish the facilities and cleaning services were more thorough.

The room size offered good value. The infinity pool’s price and the limited services (no re‑entry) were disappointing, and there were no nearby restaurants.
