Raru's Motel Cidade Jardim

The hotel is wonderful, and there’s a receptionist named Lúcia who is excellent and professional. I found the breakfast very weak compared to other motels; each day it seems to be missing something. The lunch isn’t tasty and could be improved. The sandwiches are wonderful.

The menu and service are impeccable, and the team is cordial. The unit I usually stay in, Cidade Jardim, has had all its accessible elevators broken for some time, limiting me to a single ground‑floor accessible room, which causes frustration and sometimes inconvenience because I don’t know if the ground‑floor suite will be available.

The location is good, but the internet didn’t work at all – horrible Wi‑Fi.

I stayed three days to take a test nearby and it was worth it. The staff are very attentive and the food is good (and arrives quickly). I recommend it. You can hear a lot of people working, even with the communication radio. It didn’t bother me, but it could be improved.

“Muito bom, porém barulhento.”

I love the location, I usually go to Natal to take exams. The food was delicious, and the accommodation was great for the price. Air conditioning, mini‑fridge and shower all worked perfectly. I plan to come back more often. On the downside, the staff were very noisy, especially on the first day we heard them talking loudly late into the night, and on the second day they used a drill and hammered nails in the neighboring apartment. They should do maintenance during the week.
