I liked only the balcony view, but the site was littered with construction debris, the pool and lounge were dirty, rooms were cramped and uncomfortable, with old furniture and worn mattresses, giving a creepy vibe overall.

I couldn’t appreciate it because it’s basically a residential house that doesn’t provide accommodation; the owner is in Batumi and never answers calls, and the place is unkempt with hard access even by transport.

The pool and terrace with valley and mountain views were nice, but the host was not very communicative and never replied to messages; there were no trash bins in rooms or bathrooms, toilet paper was scarce, and although the terrace was large, there were too few seats.

The location, pool, and quietness were great despite being quite central, and the operators went out of their way to make our stay pleasant; those who can adapt to Georgian living will feel at home, and we were lucky to be the only guests, enjoying pool time and the view, with a breakfast that wasn’t cheap but plentiful. Some items in the bathroom need fixing or replacement, and there’s no air‑conditioning.
