Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean, and I liked the gym—it was tidy and all the machines were working well. The facilities might need an upgrade in the future, but nothing was broken.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the fresh food and dining room were great. Thank you. Everything was excellent.

The location, cleanliness, and professionalism were all great, but there was no fridge in the room.

The smoking room was fine, but there wasn’t a larger space available.

I liked breakfast, but there was no bar fridge in the room and no oats or Weet‑Bix; please include oats and Weet‑Bix next time.
