NATALIE handled our check‑in flawlessly, delivering customer service that went above and beyond; the room was spotless and the hotel remained very quiet, while the breakfast lady clearly enjoyed her job, keeping everything neat and well‑prepared—overall every staff member we encountered was exceptional. However, the room lacked a drip coffee maker and there were no condiment packs (salt, pepper, stirrers, napkins, tea, or coffee).
