The location was fine—just a walk from my workplace. The fridge had a bad odor that didn’t go away, a blocked shower tray that I reported over the phone and in writing but never got fixed, and a faulty cistern gauge that was ignored. The owners reminded me of check‑out rules but did nothing to solve these problems, which was extremely inconvenient.

Only a 10/15‑minute walk from my daughter’s house, the spot was convenient for local shopping and had a good selection of restaurants. The shared kitchen on the ground floor was clean and tidy, and there was a well‑stocked shop on the street corner. I had a few personal complaints that didn’t affect the interior: there was no numbered entrance door or name, so I had to contact the owners, who were helpful, especially after my 5‑hour drive left me tired and stressed. The entrance could have been tidier to look less unkempt, and the bedding wasn’t ironed—just a finishing touch that mattered to me.
