When I arrived, I received an email saying the house wasn’t available and they didn’t know how I had booked it. They told me it was unavailable, so I tried to get a refund, which cost me money on taxis, etc. I would advise staying away from this site if you’re like me. Everything.

I paid and showed up only to be told we couldn’t stay because a lady who couldn’t speak English was already there and had no idea we were arriving, and I had to drive 3 hours to find another place after already paying.

I never got in the place. I arrived at 23 hours plus only to be informed that my booking was cancelled. I was stranded and had to sleep my car around the corner. The man said he communicated through Booking dotcom that the room was not available. Which was a lie. He assured a full refund which I'm yet to check. Such property should not be allowed to operate Airbnb please!. A full refund and compensation for the inconvenience

They didn’t even answer the door, and it’s a complete disaster.
