The staff were enthusiastic. 1. The bathroom was deteriorated: the glass door wouldn’t close. 2. Breakfast was sloppy: the boiled eggs were undercooked.
“This hotel has everything to offer you. In fact, whenever we come back to Da Nang is the only place my family would like”
The staff were extremely helpful and polite, always doing their best to assist whenever needed.
The rooftop bar and location were great, but the breakfast was just okay.
