The shower had hot and cold water, and the sink did too. The room was clean after the walk. The hotel’s location isn’t Savassi; it’s in Funcionários, and I don’t know why they used that name. Three days cost R$ 2,000, and I expected more from a hotel that claims 4 stars, but it’s actually 3 stars. The air conditioner made a loud noise all night, the bed was very uncomfortable, the blanket looked like a child’s or covered either the chest or the feet. The pillow was too high, and I left with a stiff neck. There was no iron in the room; I had to go down to reception to pick one up and return it in an hour.

The room was very comfortable, with a shower and working air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. The surroundings are quiet, with many leisure and dining options. The room is not noisy.

Accommodations, location, staff efficiency, and a very varied excellent breakfast. The mattress was a bit soft, but I asked to change it and they responded immediately.
