The staff were friendly.
“Schönes Hotel mit schlechter Geschäftsführung”
A nice little hotel with very friendly staff, right by the lake. We received no information about check‑in at all, and nobody was at the hotel. After calling, we finally got the details. However, the room we received was smaller than the one we had booked eight months earlier. Calling again, we were told we had booked that smaller room. After a long discussion, they offered us the smaller room for 136 € instead of 178 €. The next day the price was 152 €, the current daily rate without early‑bird discount. This is poor management. We were never asked beforehand if we could switch rooms for a discount. Bottom line: we didn't get the room we had confirmed and paid for, and we lost two hours of vacation. Not pleasant!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and everything felt fresh and clean. The breakfast was excellent.
The bed was extremely comfortable! The atmosphere was wonderful. The room felt very cozy. The conversation was pleasant and the cleanliness was absolutely perfect!!!
