The room felt like a luxurious suite, and the view from the picture window was spectacular; after staying in Whitby many times, this will be the only place we choose from now on. The only downside was that we only stayed for one night.

The place was spotless and smelled fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable; the staff went above and beyond, and the view was the best. Everything was perfect, so I highly recommend it.

The interior is modern, but the automatic lighting kept flickering, the restaurant below played music that could be part of the same organization, and road and people noise were present. On Sunday there was no hot water for a bath, the toilet seat needs fixing, and the main entry door is a bit difficult to open.

The room is beautiful with an amazing view and a pleasant scent, and it was very comfortable; however, there weren't enough tea bags for our cups of tea.
