The place itself was super comfy, with a great selection of food for breakfast and a shower that really got the job done.
The breakfast was delicious, and the beds were super comfy.
It's in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town, and within walking distance to all the main sites.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was incredibly tasty, the whole property was very clean, the location couldn’t be better and the price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent, though the confirmation details could have been sent a bit faster.
Simplicity and cleanliness.
Location and breakfast.
“Tolle Haushälterin bei feuchtem Zimmer”
Jackie is truly a wonderful housekeeper and shares plenty of insider tips that are worth using; she even books tours and provides lunch packages. Breakfast is really tasty and offers a variety of dishes. My room had a moldy smell, likely from the mildew spots on the ceiling. The bathroom is relatively small, so timing showers and toilet use is important to avoid prolonged dampness. I also didn’t appreciate that personal items were moved without permission to make the bed. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.
“Wonderful place in Chiang Mai”
Wonderful guesthouse. I would recommend it 100%; the rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The owner is super sweet and the breakfast is incredible!
