“Don’t stay here. There were fleas in my room and they kept dogs in the breakfast area. Nasty!!”

There were fleas in our room and the staff blocked dogs off in the breakfast area, which was nasty! They didn’t offer any compensation for the fleas and they lied about paying me back.

“Not all Wyndham hotels are equal”

I’ve stayed at other Super 8 or Wyndham hotels, but this one had a breakfast that was just waffles and cereal, and the waffle mix was extremely watery and horrible. The place was tiny, the office attendants had a dog that barked at everything, and on the first floor it was impossible to sleep, especially for a disabled person. The air conditioning barely worked, so there were multiple issues. The bed felt more like a full than a queen, the AC was weak, the dog kept barking, and the breakfast was so bad I had to go to a waffle house outside.

The room was clean. The breakfast was terrible: only waffles, juice, and coffee; cereal but no milk or bowl, and no meat at all. It was the worst breakfast I’ve had at any hotel.

“Okay for our short stay”

The price and location were very good. The floors needed sweeping and vacuuming. Breakfast was okay but wasn’t refilled promptly when items ran out. We got extra towels at the desk, but when the room was cleaned they didn’t give us enough towels again.

“Not worth that money at all”

It was noisy because of the highway, could have been cleaner, and breakfast was a poor choice: the toaster didn’t work and instead of replacing it they put an “out of order” notice. In the morning I saw a cockroach.
