“Good location but worn down hotel”

The spot’s in a solid area—easy walk to the night market and the scenic spot, and the bed’s a good size. But the building’s next to a parking lot with a hard‑to‑reach entrance, looks worn down with dirty car parts, and it’s a mix of a residential block and an abandoned hotel. The photos were way better than what you actually get, and the A/C was busted in the breakfast room, making it tough to enjoy a meal.
